1. All EU countries delivery times and costs (except Portugal)

  • Air shipping costs:
    1-3 items:17 €
    4-6 items: 25 €
    More than 6 items: 35 €
     
  • Delivery times:
    Delivery between 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
    Receive your purchase 2-3 working days after your order has been placed.

2. Portugal delivery times and costs

  • Shipping to Portugal (Continental and Islands) is free.
  • There is no minimum order value required to qualify for the free shipping.
  • Free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.
  • Delivery between 2-3 working days after your order has been placed.

 

Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

 

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

 

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

 

My order never arrived.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

 

An item is missing from my shipment.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

How do I edit My Account information?

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

 

I forgot my password

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

 

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?

Returns are free, using our DHL Free Collection Service.

Kindly note that all Returns must be sent in the same re-usable package.

 

MAKING A RETURN FROM ALL EU COUNTRIES, EXCEPT PORTUGAL:

1. Please contact your local DHL office by visiting www.dhl.com, selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL office, and schedule a return pickup.

2. Kindly enclose a copy of your completed Return Form in the package.

3. Please make sure the goods are securely packaged.

4. Inside a transparent pouch we have added two copies of the Return Shipping Documents (AWB) and your Receipt.

  •     Please attach one copy of the AWB on the outside of the parcel.
  •     The other copy should be delivered to the DHL person collecting the parcel, who must also sign the Receipt and hand it to you.
  •      Do keep it as it will serve as proof that the parcel has been duly collected and shipped.

5. We will not be able to issue a refund if all the above requirements have not been met.

6. You will be notified by email once your Return has been received and processed.

 

MAKING A RETURN FROM PORTUGAL:

Please follow all procedures above, but contact TNT Express (+351 707 100 868) instead of DHL.

 

Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED.
  • All original tags, and any hygiene seals must be intact and remain attached to the garment to guarantee a full refund. Any swim bags delivered must also be returned.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we request our Customers to wear underwear when trying on our beachwear.
  • If returning several items from the same order, all merchandise must be sent in one complete package.
  • The items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse Returns if all conditions above are not met.

Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Free Collection Service for Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to make a Return or Exchange any item, simply send back your item(s) using our Free Collection Service as explained above on "How do I return an item?"

Please note that we are only able to offer size or color / print free exchanges for the exact same style. However, exchanges are based on stock availability. Shipping is also free on the replacement item.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, you should return the unsuitable item for credit, and place a new order for the new piece.

 

Gift returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your LENNY NIEMEYER account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference or additional shipping.

 

Receiving a Refund

As soon as we receive the parcel, we will process the refund for the amount of the items returned, through the same payment method used for the order. 

Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that Credit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days from receipt for your Bank to complete, depending on the Provider.
